PSC Director Tom Taylor played professional soccer in England, Norway and America from 2003 until 2011 including Viking FK and Portland Timbers. After playing, Taylor continued a coaching career in the US as first team Coach at Wilmington Hammerheads and Tulsa Roughnecks in the USL Championship. Since initiating PSC in 2010 he has been responsible for operations of PSC Soccer and turning it into the United States most successful soccer academy for placing players into the pro game in Europe and USA. Tom has been responsible for, or assisted with, every single one of our men’s player placements in since 2010 and has an extensive network of contacts throughout Europe and USA and will be recommending stand out players from PSC's future pro combine .

Lee Holmes is an English former professional footballer who played for a number of clubs including Southampton, Derby County, Portsmouth and represented England at U16. U17 and U19 level. Holmes was Derby County youngest ever player at just 15 years of age, as well as the youngest goalscorer at 16, and at the time the youngest footballer to appear in the FA Cup (aged 15). Holmes has been working PSC for the past two years and assisted with placements such as Leo Londe on trial with Sheffield United in the English Premier League and Paul Cooper who signed with Barnsley FC in England League 1. Holmes is also PSC's Residential Program Director which has seen 8 players offered professional opportunities in the last 2 years.

Over the last 10 years PSC Agency staff have recommended over 750 players from tryouts like this for professional contract and trial. Our agency staff have so many connections and contacts from events and combines over the years and it is not possible to invite them all to a tryout. We are eager to get as many players placed as possible and are constantly reaching out to clubs to find out their player needs. Recent examples of players who were placed with clubs who were not in attendance directly at a tryout and signed players based on PSC's recommendation are Anthony Herbert signing with FC Haka in the Finnish Premier League (went on to represent National Team and play in Europa conference League in first full year as a pro), Leo Londe trialing with Sheffield United in the EPL,  Abdul Mansaray signing in Iceland (named in team of the year for his league) and Chris Banfi, who signed with Bodens BK in Sweden. Each of these were signed by coaches who did not directly attend a combine but trusted PSC’s professional experience and judgment. If you prove you are a strong enough player at our future pro combine we will look to recommend and place you with any club in our network.
