PSC Agency recommendation duo Luis Arreola and Alex Filion have earned trials with Latvian top-tier side FK Spartaks Jūrmala.

The former US Soccer Development Academy players – both 19 years old – touched down on Latvian soil earlier this week, and after training with the Spartaks squad yesterday, featured in a practice game today.

Speaking after securing European trials for Arreola and Filion, PSC Director Tom Taylor revealed his belief in both forwards.

“Luis and Alex have a lot of time and development ahead of them,” said Taylor.

“They’re both up-and-coming, young, talented players, and we’re looking to work with more individuals of this kind.

“Luis and Alex have been playing their football in San Diego recently, and we’re looking forward to evaluating more talent down there during our forthcoming combine on March 27, 28 and 29.

PSC wish the very best of luck to Luis and Alex during their trial periods with FK Spartaks Jūrmala.
