PSC are proud to announce the signing of central midfielder Alejandro Medina in Europe with B71 Sandoy of the Faroe Isles.

Medina’s journey with PSC began in the summer of 2022 when he attended PSC’s 3 day pro tryout in Seattle, Washington. Medina performed well, and caught the interest of attending coach Richard Goffe, of B71 Sandoy, but without standing out enough to earn a direct contract at the time.

Medina went away and worked on the areas for development highlighted to him and attended PSC’s showcase tour in Portugal in November 2022, where Coach Goffe was also in attendance. During the showcase tour coach Goffe had the opportunity to work with Medina directly for 10 days and learn more about him as a player and person.

Medina’s improved performances in Portugal, along with working closely with Coach Goffe convinced the Faroe Isle’s club to sign the central midfielder for the 2023 season and begin his professional career.
