Registration and Cost

PSC’s Pro Soccer Combine costs $320. This price covers entrance to the combine and the opportunity to play in front of the attending coaches, and access to video footage from the combine. Spots are on a first come first served basis, our combines almost always sell out up to 3 weeks before day one. Players are responsible for their own transport to the combine and accommodation. A discounted hotel package is outlined below.

Invited Coaches

Orebro SK: Sweden, Allsvenskan

Örebro SK is a Swedish professional football club based in Örebro and plays their home games at Behrn Arena. The club have played 44 season in Sweden’s highest football league Allsvenskan, and have appeared in the UEFA Cup (now Europa League) 5 times in their history, most recently in 2012. The club finished 9th in the 2015 season and will be attending PSC combined with the view of signing players in the 2016 July transfer window.

 

Orebro Syrianska: Sweden, Division Two

Orebro Syrianska have already used PSC events to strengthen their side having signed both Alex Wimmer and Sean Toth in 2015. Their current roster also boasts a 2016 success story and 2015 Irvine combine participant, centre-back Samuel Oki. They will be attending our Houston and Maryland combines looking for players for the second half of their 2016 season.

 

Waterford United: League of Ireland First Division

Waterford United will be attending PSC combines in Maryland and Houston this summer having recently signed Yoann Fellrath following standout performances on our Elite Showcase to Ireland in January 2016. They also offered trials to both Samuel Oki and Ben Brewster in 2016. Waterford plays in the League of Ireland First Division, at the Waterford Regional Sports Center which holds a capacity of 5500. They have appeared in the UEFA Cup and the European Cup Winners Cup 10 times since their inception.

Tulsa Roughnecks: USA, USL Pro

Tulsa roughnecks are led by USL Hall of Famer David Irving who knows PSC combines well, having signed over 30 players from PSC events over the last 3 years. The Roughnecks 2016 opening day roster boasted 4 players signed from PSC’s December 2015 combines: David Abidor (Chicago), Carlos Martinez (LA), Jasson Carpio (Fort Lauderdale) and Ballobi Serge (Fort Lauderdale). David Abidor scored the opener before Carlos Martinez hit this wonder strike.

Patrick Walker: Sweden Recruitment, Residential Director

Patrick Walker has been a Head Coach in the Premier League in Sweden and Norway for the last 30 years and has an extensive network throughout Scandinavia. He is currently the director of PSC’s program in Sweden and has been responsible for the majority of PSC’s success stories in Scandinavia, placing players from the United States into clubs from the Premier League to the 2nd Division in Sweden and Finland. Patrick also runs PSC’s Residential program in Örebro, Sweden which has seen 9 players move onto professional contracts in the last 2 years

PSC Agency Staff (Worldwide Recruitment)

Since 2002 PSC has forged a respectable reputation in the professional game working with players, coaches, and teams from Europe’s top leagues such as the Barclays Premier League through to American leagues such as the MLS, NASL, and USL Pro. This long-standing reputation for working in the professional game has led to a number of trials and signings of combined participants with clubs around the world who trust the opinions of the PSC Agency staff.

Professional clubs trust our recommendations, and after an event, our Agency Staff will look to recommend any player that has proven they are capable of playing professionally to clubs around the world. The following list is a sample of players who attended a PSC combine or tour and received no interest from attending coaches but trialed or signed with a non-attending club based on PSC’s Agency Staff recommendations. PSC Professional Showcase Tours

Players who perform well but are not selected to sign by professional coaches will be invited on a PSC Professional Showcase Tour. On our tours, players have the chance to compete, and prove themselves, against professional opposition and earn a contract, or an Agency recommendation. The following players all proved on showcase tours that they were capable of playing with, and against, professional teams and were rewarded subsequently:

Transport

Following the Combine we will email all players within 5 days. If you have been selected to trial or sign with a professional club, or selected for a Showcase Tour you will be notified in this email.
