PSC is proud to announce they are hosting a youth soccer camp in the Northridge area this December 21-22-23 for boys and girls aged 9 – 14.

Our Winter Camp is an intensive 3-day soccer camp for boys and girls who are seeking high-level coaching in an environment that challenges players in all areas of the game, on and off the field.

All our coaching staff has either played or coached, at the professional level here in the United States or Europe. It is this professional experience we have used to design our curriculum, drills, and sessions for the 3 day camp.

Goalkeepers and field players will both receive specific daily technical and tactical training as well as game experience.

Sample Schedule

Day 1:

10 – 12 pm:          Field Players: Moves to beat a defender, 1 v 1 attacking /  Goalkeeper topic: Footwork, Handling, Diving
12 – 12.30:          Lunch (players provide their own lunch)
12.30 – 2 pm:      World Cup tournament (Small sided games, conditioned games, tournament style, topic one incorporated)

Day 2:

10 – 12 pm:          Field Players: combination passing and movement / Goalkeeper topic: Angle Play, Breakaways
12 – 12.30:          Lunch (players provide their own lunch)
12.30 – 2 pm:      World Cup tournament (Sided games, conditioned games, tournament style, topics one and two incorporated

Day 3:

10 – 12 pm:          Field Players: crossing and finishing / Goalkeeper topic: Crosses, Distribution
12 – 12.30:          Lunch (players provide their own lunch)
12.30 – 2 pm:      World Cup tournament (Small sided games, conditioned games, tournament style, all topics incorporated

Daryl Sattler: San Antonio Scorpions (USA NASL)

Current professional Goalkeeper, and NASL 2014 champion, Daryl Sattler will be coaching all goalkeepers at the camp during the three days. Daryl is the current starting goalkeeper for NASL side San Antonio Scorpions, for whom he won the National Championship in 2014, as well as the regular season Championship in 2012, and the NASL Golden Gloves Winner in 2012. He has played professionally since 2003 and worked alongside PSC helping to recruit a number of goalkeepers who have gone on to make the professional ranks.

Julian Lundberg: Latorps IF (Sweden)

 

Julian Lundberg, is a Swedish professional coach, currently Head Coach for Latorp IF in Orebro, Sweden. Julian has been assisting PSC Soccer Academy as a coach, and player care provider, for the past 12 months and has aided in the development and placement of over 20 players from the amateur game into the professional ranks.

Since 2002 PSC has forged a respectable reputation in the professional game working with players, coaches, and teams from Europe’s top leagues such as the Barclays Premier League through to American leagues such as the MLS, NASL, and USL Pro. This long-standing reputation for working in the professional game has helped our Agency Staff place over 200 players on professional contracts and trials around the World. Some of the clubs we have been involved with are Everton FC, Swansea City FC, West Bromwich Albion FC, (English Premier League) Real Salt Lake, (MLS). Some players we have represented are as follows:
