PSC is proud to announce they will be hosting a professional soccer combine in Salinas, California this December 17-18-19 2015. The professional soccer trial/tryout is aimed at players who wish to be selected for:

1. Signing, or trialing, with the professional European and American teams in attendance
2. PSC Agency Recommendation to clubs from Europe, America, and Asia.
3. Upcoming PSC Professional Showcase Tours and Residential Program

Registration and Cost

PSC’s Pro Soccer Combine costs $320. This price covers entrance to the combine and the opportunity to play in front of the attending coaches, and access to video footage from the combine. Spots are on a first come first served basis, our combines almost always sell out up to 3 weeks before day one. Players are responsible for their own transport to the combine and accommodation. A discounted hotel package is available and detailed below.

Cork City: League of Ireland Premier Division

Cork City will be joining PSC in America at this year's combines having been impressed with the quality of our 2015 showcase side, which Cork narrowly defeated by one goal. Following the game they trialed Goalkeeper Zac Lubin and traveled to America hoping for the talent of a similar level this Winter. PSC has already placed 2 players in Ireland this year with promotion-chasing Finn Harps; Wilfried Tagbo and Ata Ozbay.

RoPS: Finland, Premier League

Juha Malinen is the Head Coach of RoPS from the Finnish Premier League who currently sit top and look favorites to qualify for Europe in 2016. RoPS gained promotion to the Finnish Premier League in 2013 and also won the Finnish Cup in the same year which qualified them for the 2014/15 Europa League. Juha will be at both our Florida and Salinas Combine recruiting talent for the 2016 Finnish Premier League season.

Charleston Battery: USA, USL Pro

One of the biggest clubs in the league, The Battery won the USISL Pro League in 1996, the USL A-League in 2003, the USL Second Division in 2010, and the USL Pro Championship in 2012 and were semi-finalists in 2013 and made the playoffs in 2014. Charleston Head Coach Mike Anhaeuser will be attending PSC’s combine in search of talent ahead of their upcoming 2016 USL Pro Season.

Tulsa Roughnecks: USA, USL Pro

Tulsa roughnecks are led by USL Hall of Famer David Irving who knows PSC combines well, having signed over 20 players from PSC events over the last 3 years. The Roughnecks roster currently boasts players such as Oscar Jimenez, Ryan Price, and Eli Galbraith-Knapp all of whom were signed from PSC’s 2014-15 winter combines.

Paul Taylor: PSC Managing Director

Paul Taylor, Managing Director of PSC Ltd, encompasses over 35 years of top-level professional football experience – ranging from playing, coaching, and management in both England and the USA. After a distinguished playing and coaching career in England and the States, Paul spent over 20 years coaching and managing professionally in England – the last 17 of which he spent as Director of Football at Walsall FC, in charge of all football matters of the club from youth football to senior levels. He has been responsible for a number of transfers in recent PSC events such as:

Patrick Walker: Sweden Recruitment, Residential Director

Patrick Walker has been a Head Coach in the Premier League in Sweden and Norway for the last 30 years and has an extensive network throughout Scandinavia. He is currently the director of PSC’s program in Sweden and has been responsible for a number of recent combined success stories placing players from the United States into clubs from the Premier League to the 2nd Division in Sweden and Finland.

Declan Roche: DCU Head Coach, Ireland & PSC Ireland College Placement Director

Declan has been a former professional player in the Irish Premier League and Scottish Premier League with Celtic FC from 1985-91. He is a UEFA A license, Head Coach for Dublin University, and has many close links within Irish professional football. During his playing career in Ireland, he has won 3 Irish Premier League titles as well as domestic cups. He has assisted PSC in a number of signings and trials in Ireland such as Wilfried Tagbo and Ata Ozbay to Finn harps and Zac Lubin to Cork City

Julian Lundberg: PSC Scandinavian Recruitment Team

Julian Lundberg has been working closely with PSC for the last 18 months helping place players throughout the leagues in Sweden in both the Men’s and Women’s games. So far in 2015, he has been responsible for the signings of 15 players in the men’s and women’s games including Brett Croft and Gary Cennerazzo to Melleruds IF, and Cameron Selamie and Zak Epplette to IFK Amal amongst others. He will be looking for further talent from this winter's combines to market to his contacts in Scandinavia.

PSC Agency Staff: Worldwide Recruitment

Since 2002 PSC has forged a respectable reputation in the professional game working with players, coaches, and teams from Europe’s top leagues such as the Barclays Premier League through to American leagues such as the MLS, NASL, and USL Pro. This long-standing reputation for working in the professional game has led to a number of trials and signings of combined participants with clubs around the world who trust the opinions of the PSC Agency staff.

Professional clubs trust our recommendations, and after an event, our Agency Staff will look to recommend any player who has proven they are capable of playing professionally to clubs around the world.
