Why play for Tampa Bay Rowdies in the USL Championship?
On the field
Tampa Bay Rowdies are one of USL Championships historically biggest clubs who boast a great deal of success. They have 2 league Championships to their names and won the Eastern Championship in 2 of the last 3 seasons to show their current strength.
Off the field
Off the field living in Tampa has many advantages including year-round sunshine, access to the beach, no state income tax and a great food scene!
PSC Directors Comments on Tampa Bay Rowdies
PSC Director Lee Holmes thoughts on playing with Tampa Bay Rowdies “For both American and European players Tampa is a beautiful part of the World to play your soccer. The USL Championship has become a big league in the USA where players can make a name for themselves and forge a genuine pathway to the MLS or to higher leagues in Europe”.
How Can I get an Opportunity to play with The Rowdies?
By attending any of our upcoming pro tryouts this summer. Rowdies Assistant Coach Nicky Law and PSC Director Lee Holmes played professionally together and maintain a close friendship which led to Coach Law attending PSC events in recent times and bringing in players to pre-season.
