PSC FC is proud to announce the launch of a new pro development team based in Panama City Beach, Florida, further expanding our commitment to player development and professional-level training and exposure. With a rich history of success in both California and Arizona since 2017, our expansion into Florida marks an exciting new chapter for the club.
Since 2017 PSC FC has established itself as a force in the UPSL, winning the Division 1 twice—once in Arizona and once in California—and securing a Premier Division title in Arizona in 2023. Our philosophy revolves around providing a professional training environment with daily sessions that prepare players for higher levels of the game.
Over the years, PSC FC has helped place over 700 players into professional opportunities worldwide, more than any other company in the US. Players will have the opportunity to work with Head Coaches Tom Taylor and David Irving who boast a wealth of experience at the professional level in the USA and have worked together previously at the Wilmington Hammerheads and Tulsa FC in the USL Championship. Tom Taylor played and coached with four USL teams since 2007 before leading PSC as Head of North American Operations. In this role Tom has placed over 700 players into professional contracts worldwide from PSC Programs.
Alongside him David Irving is a veteran coach with over 50 years in the pro game. David’s 15 season playing career was spent at top tier clubs such as Everton FC, Sheffield United (England) and Fort Lauderdale Strikers (NASL). The Hall of Famer, spent over 20 seasons in the USL as a Head Coach & Sporting Director and will bring his wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to the squad. Irving has a reputation for discovering hidden talent having started and developed the careers of Glenn Murray (EPL), Luke Mulholland (MLS) and handed first professional contracts to many other players who went on to have successful pro careers including 2015 USL Rookie of the Year, Brady Ballew who was discovered at a PSC Combine.
During 2025 PSC FC Florida will compete in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), one of the largest and most competitive pro-development leagues in the United States, providing a high-level platform for aspiring professionals. (Instagram: @UPSLSOCCER)
In addition to this PSC FC will compete in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) against well-established NPSL clubs including matchups against the New Orleans Jesters and Jacksonville Armada. The NPSL provides another excellent pathway for our players to progress to higher levels, as it has historically been a breeding ground for professional talent and strong competition. Panama City Beach is the perfect location for our newest team, offering top-class facilities such as the Publix Sports Park and Frank Brown Park, an ideal climate for year-round training, and a growing soccer community. The combination of top class coaching and favorable weather conditions ensures that our players will have the best possible environment to develop their game. With a strong roster of players from around the United States combined with some local talent and a passionate soccer fanbase, we are excited to build a competitive team that Panama City Beach can get behind.

All PSC FC Florida players will have the opportunity to showcase live to pro coaches using PSC Pro Combine events in Florida and Georgia to expose their talent to pro teams throughout the year alongside having guest visits from professional team Head Coaches and Sporting Directors from around the world.
