Sulahmana Bah Wins Golden Boot in Malta’s Challenge League with 20 Goals

Sulahmana Bah has claimed the Golden Boot in Malta’s Challenge League this season after netting an impressive 20 goals. The forward, placed in Malta by PSC (Pro Soccer Consulting), has turned heads with his performances and earned widespread praise for both his attitude and talent.

“First of all, I just want to say how thankful I am to be winning the Golden Boot this season,” said Bah. “Lots of hard work to make this happen! Obviously a lot from myself but more importantly from my colleagues and my coaches as this is a team sport! The season was long and we faced a lot of adversity, but it’s all about showing up every day to give yourself a chance.”

Bah’s journey to Malta began with a recommendation and a belief in himself even when the path wasn’t easy. “Putting trust in PSC and their team brought me here, and I always planned to work hard and hit the ground running. Everything wasn’t always great and easy but I had to continue to take my chances whenever PSC presented them, but I always believed in myself and had confidence in my ability.”

Mark Miller, who signed Bah in Malta, was immediately impressed by the forward's raw potential. “From the first day, Suli settled in and impressed everybody around,” said Miller. “His raw aggressive running, dribbling, and eye for goal were clear. His movements and technical ability needed some polish, but with hard work, we knew we could improve him — and he did. Twenty goals is a great achievement. He also has one goal in the cup and still more to play in the knockout stages where we hope to make the final.”

PSC Director Tom Taylor,  who recommended Bah, emphasized Sully's commitment. “Sully really deserves this. He performed well at his showcases and earned his opportunities. He’s been willing to go wherever it takes to play professionally. We wish more players had the same attitude.”

With this season’s success, Bah is on the radar for an upward move — either within Europe or back in the United States. One thing is clear: his journey is just getting started. As Bah puts it, “Time to continue with the same attitude and work even harder.”

All here at PSC wish Sulahmana the best with his next steps in the professional game.
