PSC FC has a rich history of success and player development since 2017 in the UPSL. PSC FC has won the Division 1 twice—once in Arizona and once in California—and securing a Premier Division title in Arizona in 2023. In 2025 it also won the Florida Gulf Coast Conference. Our club philosophy revolves around providing a professional training environment with daily sessions that prepare players for higher levels of the game as well as giving them professional exposure throughout the season by bringing different Sporting Directors and Head Coaches from professional clubs around the United States and Europe. In 2025 the club had coaches visit from Ireland, Malta, England, USL Championship and League One as well as Exhibition games against USL Championship clubs.

Over the years, PSC programs have helped place over 750 players into professional opportunities worldwide, more than any other company in the US. The club will be led by Tom Taylor and David Irving who boast a wealth of experience at the professional level in the USA and have worked together previously at the Wilmington Hammerheads and Tulsa FC in the USL Championship.

David Irving is a veteran coach with over 50 years in the pro game. David’s 15 season playing career was spent at top tier clubs such as Everton FC, Sheffield United (England) and Fort Lauderdale Strikers (NASL). The Hall of Famer, spent over 20 seasons in the USL as a Head Coach & Sporting Director and will bring his wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to the squad. Irving has a reputation for discovering hidden talent having started and developed the careers of Glenn Murray (EPL), Luke Mulholland (MLS) and handed first professional contracts to many other players who went on to have successful pro careers including 2015 USL Rookie of the Year, Brady Ballew who was discovered at a PSC Combine.

PSC Panama City Beach FC will train and play at the Publix Sports Park that is the premier sports destination in the Florida Panhandle for competition and tournaments. With more than 12 soccer fields and a championship stadium it hosted PSC during the successful 2025 season and will be the location again this summer for daily trainings and games in The League For Clubs.

"We are delighted to be joining TLFC for the 2026 season to offer our players a competitive league to play in each week and will be looking forward to hosting different teams from across the south in Panama City Beach this summer. Our roster will include players from around the USA and Europe as well as the top local talent that are looking for a professional environment and pro pathway. We have a top class facility and environment for our players to be based from May to the end of July, professional guest coaches of the highest level from around the world and now a competitive league for our players to compete in. Hopefully it will give local soccer fans the chance to see some exciting games in Panama City Beach this summer.” Said PSC USA Director, Tom Taylor

“Since 2010 PSC have helped so many players start their professional career in the USL Championship and across Europe and I’m excited to be involved again in the 2026 season to work with the players and hopefully discover more talent that we can help move on in their careers. TLFC will give our players a great regional division with consistent games without having to travel too far. We are excited for the upcoming season and will be running tryouts in February and April to identify new players for club as well looking for young players aged 14-18 for the Elite Academy Program.” Said Technical Director & USL Hall of Fame Coach, David Irving.
