Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE under any circumstances
All payments are non-refundable. If a player provides us with five days notice for their inability to attend they will receive a credit to one to our future events. If less than five days notice is given the receipt of credit to a future event will be at the discretion of PSC staff
Tours + other services
Players initial deposit is non-refundable. If a player, for any reason, drops out after the completion of the non-refundable deposit, the deposit is lost in full. PSC uses players’ deposits to secure deposits on hotels, transport, meals, etc. These payments are nonrefundable to us. If a player, for any reason, drops out of a tour or program within 21 of departure date the final balance payment is non-refundable – players should contact our staff in this situation.

If more than one day of an event does not take place due to inclement weather then PSC Soccer Inc. will offer 12-month credit to any player at the event. If only one day is cancelled due to inclement weather, then the event will be deemed as operational and no credit will be issued to any player.
PSC Soccer Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event without any offer of credit to players if an event’s location is deemed unsafe or unplayable due to a cause beyond the control of the parties, including, but not necessarily limited to, inclement weather, fire, flood, earthquake, an act of God, civil disobedience, terrorism, action of police or military authorities or any other casualty of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, PSC Soccer Inc. shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstances.
Visa Policy for all Events
We are more than happy to assist with the visa application. Once payment for our event has been completed our staff will send out a visa invite letter for the event of your choice within 3 working days.
Please note; we want you to be aware before paying that a visa invite letter sent via email is the only visa assistance our staff will offer. We will not call, write, email to the embassy directly or look into any actions you need to take. If you are not sure of the process we recommend contacting a professional legal service who will be able to assist. We will not be able to assist any further than the emailed visa invite letter. If you do not think this will be enough for you to get into the country we recommend you do not sign up or that you pursue legal advice regarding the acquisition of a visa. Due to limited spaces at our events, payment is non-refundable and if for any reason you are unable to attend (even in the case of a visa being denied) we will only be able to offer a credit to future events and not a refund.
We recommend all players travelling on our programs should take out travel insurance in case of emergency or injury occurring during the trip.
