PSC Director Lee Holmes will be attending tryouts in search of players to add to his list of professional placements in the last 5 years. Read on to learn more about why you should want to impress him and why he sits beside Jude Bellingham in the history books!

Country & League
England, from EPL to tier 7.
USA, USL Recruitment.

How long have they been attending events?
Lee Holmes has been working as a director at PSC for the last 5 and placed a number of players in both Europe and USA in that time.

Have they offered opportunities to players from PSC events before?
Yes, Lee played a big part in Leo going on trial with Sheffield United of the English Premier League. He was also instrumental in the placement of Paul Cooper with Barnsley FC in England’s League One and Chase Gozdieski signing with Orange County SC in the USL. These are a handful of the placements he has initiated and assisted with and he will be looking for more success this summer.

Why impress Coach Holmes?
Lee Holmes has a unique perspective on soccer having made his professional debut at 15 years of age and becoming a first team regular as a teenager. Only Ryan Sessegnon and Jude Bellingham have played more games before the age of 17. This perspective makes Lee the best member of staff for younger players to impress at a combine as he can offer them guidance on how to best develop and protect your potential. With a range of contacts in USA and in England, if you showcase well enough Lee can get you to the very top of the game on either continent. Lee also runs PSC’s Arizona UPSL program and European Residential Program where he helps develop players whilst showcasing them to professional clubs. These programs have brought about the majority of his professional placements.

PSC Directors Comments on impressing Coach Holmes at a PSC Tryout
PSC Director Tom Taylor’s thoughts.
"Since Lee came onboard he has had an amazing impact on our attending players and the players he works with on our European residential program. He has not only opened up professional opportunities for more than ten players, he has taken on board a number of players who were not quite at the level to go pro and helped them develop and given them the tools they needed to showcase better and earn professional opportunities. I am confident saying a number of these boys would not have made it to the professional level without Lee’s direction and nurturing.”
