PSC’s Georgia Pro soccer tryout is an opportunity for players to showcase live to professional coaches and earn professional trials and contracts in Europe, USA & Asia.

PSC's tryouts have produced over 600 professional trials and contracts in the last 15 years. We are the most successful in the industry and have been featured on International News Station Sky Sports (Click to view) as well as US news stations in Florida (click to view) and North Carolina (Click to view).

Players from PSC tryouts have been placed in leagues all across Europe even as high as the English Premier League in 2023 when Leonard Londe trialed with Sheffield United. Tryouts also focus on US Placements, we have placed hundreds of players in the MLS, USL Championship, League One and League Two. Our recruitment team are also able to assist with MLS, USL and European academy placement for players aged 15 - 19 as well as potential college placement.

At our tryouts players are coached and evaluated directly by Head Coaches, Sporting Directors and Scouts from Europe and USA across three days.

PSC Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout Scouting Network

Each of the following clubs will be in attendance personally at the summer tryouts or will be recruiting via PSC Agency Staff.

JK Tallinna Kalev are the longest serving club in Estonian history and currently play in the top flight, the Meistriliiga, and have been attending events for the last 5 years. Sporting Director and former MLS star Joel Lindpere will be attending our Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout in search of players capable of making the top grade in Estonia. Having enjoyed successful playing careers for both New York Red Bulls and Chicago Fire Joel is aware of the talent America has to offer and has signed multiple players from PSC tryouts before.

Drogheda United play their football in the Irish Premier League having won the Irish First Division in 2020. They have developed a good reputation since 2005 by winning two Setanta Sports Cups, an FAI Cup, a League Cup, and their first league title, the 2007 League of Ireland Premier Division. Their current rosted has PSC player Zishim Bawa who signed earlier this year and they will be using PSC's Georgia Pro Tryout to recruit more talent for the coming months. 

Matlock Town Head Coach Nicky Law will be in attendance at our pro soccer tryouts in search of players capable of playing pro in England. Coach Law was Head of Recruitment for 2024 EPL side Burnley and is currently scouting for EFL Championship side Swansea City. He possesses years of experience as a player and Head Coach in the English Football League for teams such as Bradford City, Grimsby Town, Chesterfield, Barnsley FC and more. He will be evaluating players at the pro combine event and in search for talent.

NK Tabor Sporting Director Lyndon Tomlinson will be attending this summers pro tryouts in search of talent for the upcoming season. His previous experience includes spells with Manchester City, Manchester United and Birmingham City where he was one of the coaches who discovered Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham. He is heading the recruitment and strategic vision of the club that is based in the city of Sezana on the border of Italy, Croatia and Slovenia.

Tampa Bay Rowdies Assistant Coach Nicky Law will be recruiting from our Georgia Pro Soccer tryout in search of talent for the 2024 USL Championship season. The club were runners up in the USL Eastern Conference Finals in 2022 and look on course to be back in the playoffs for 2023. Head coach Nicky Law had a distinguished playin career in England before playing in the Scottish Premier League with Rangers and subsequently playing in USA himself before beginning his coaching career. Coach Law has attended PSC tryouts before and has a good relationship with our staff.

PSC have a strong relationship with USL League One Club Northern Colorado having worked with Head Coach Eamon Zayed and Head Assistant Coach Colin Falvey for the last 5 years. Both coaches have attended PSC tryouts previously and selected players for further opportunities. In February 2024 they trialed three players from PSC’s Winter tryouts, and signed Erek Graham and Chase Gozdieski in May 2024. The club finished 3rd last season, losing in the playoff semi finals to eventual champions North Carolina. They will be expecting another strong season in 2024 as they look to add strength to their roster from our Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout

B71 Sandoy have been working with PSC for the last 3 years on player recruitment and enjoy a strong relationship with Head Coach Richard Goffe who has been regularly attending tryouts in that time. Coach Goffe trusts PSC's judgment of players and he will either be in attendance in person at our Georgia pro soccer tryout or PSC Directors Tom Taylor & Simon Deeley will be recruiting on his behalf. The club have offered contracts to nine players from PSC tryouts in the last 3 years and are a realistic pathway into the professional game. Tryout attendees who have signed with B71 include Brian Okpala, James Drye, Joel Vazquez, Carter Beck, Jovanni Garcia and in 2023 already they have signed Alejandro Medina and Sulahmana Bah.

FF Jaro, who currently play in Ykkösliiga, the new second-highest level in Finland will be using PSC's Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout to recruit talent capable of playing pro in Finland. The club have been attending PSC Tryouts for the last year and will also host our showcase team in Finland this coming July & August. PSC Agency Staff will be recommending standout players to the Finnish based club for signing from our upcoming tryouts 

Maltese First Division side FC Zurrieq will be in recruiting at our Georgia pro soccer tryout in search of more players they can add to their roster from PSC tryouts. The club signed 18-year-old Kalani Delarole from a PSC tryout this season who has gone on to score 20 goals for the U20 team and also make his professional debut this campaign scoring 4 goals for the first team.

Coach Mark Miller has been working with PSC for nearly ten years and in that time has assisted with the placement of over 20 players in Malta across the top two tiers. Having placed over 10 players in the Maltese Premier League Miller has also been responsible for the recent signing of Kalani Delarole with FC Zurrieq. He will be recruiting from our Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout in search of more players who can play in the Maltese Premier League.

Over the last 9 years, Bodens BK have regularly attended PSC’s pro soccer tryouts and signed/trialed over 25 players through PSC. The club have provided PSC with an official mandate to recruit from our Georgia pro soccer tryout. Many PSC players have benefited from this relationship such as Eddy Prugh who scored 21 goals for the club over 3 seasons and earned a move to Colorado Switchbacks in the USL, Andy Lorei, who scored 15 goals for the club and earned a move to the Tulsa Roughnecks of the USL. Bodens won the league in 2022, gaining promotion to Division One with a squad that included Zishim Bawa & Chris Banfi, both signed from PSC tryouts and strengthened their squad with PSC Recommendation Vincenzo Candela in 2023.

USL League One Club CV Fuego will be recruiting from our Georgia Pro Tryout in search of players to strengthen their roster. The club have used PSC tryouts before to sign 5 academy players and first team goalkeeper Paul Lewis in 2023. Technical Director Adam Smith has been attending PSC tryouts for over 5 years and assisted with the placement of nearly ten players and will be looking to add to that number at our upcoming tryouts!

Rick Schantz is a highly decorated USL Championship Coach having won 2019 Coach of the year and leading Phoenix Rising to the USL Western Titles in 2018 and 2020. He also won the 2019 Regular Season Championship for the Rising. During his time he coached the likes of Chelsea superstar, Didier Drogba and led the team to a 20 game winning streak the longest in the history of US Soccer. He will be sharing his expertise and helping standout players as he did in 2023 recommending Atlanta tryout player, Oscar Junior to FC Tulsa of the USL Championship.

NISA side Capo FC will be using PSC’s Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout to recruit players to strengthen their both their squads. Conor Ward has been working with PSC for over 5 years as an event director helping numerous players with opportunities in the college and pro game. As well as competing in NISA, the club also operate a USL League 2 club so are able to provide a pathway for all levels to progress up the US soccer pyramid.

PSC Director Tom Taylor played professional soccer in England, Norway and America from 2003 until 2011 including spells at Derby County, Walsall, Grimsby Town (England), Viking Stavanger (Norway), Real Maryland, Portland Timbers and Wilmington Hammerheads (USA). After playing, Taylor continued a coaching career in the US as first team Coach at Wilmington Hammerheads and Tulsa Roughnecks in the USL Championship. Since initiating PSC in 2010 he has been responsible for operations of PSC Soccer and turning it into the United States most successful soccer academy for placing players into the pro game in Europe and USA. Tom has been responsible for, or assisted with, every single one of our men’s player placements in since 2010 and has an extensive network of contacts throughout Europe and USA and will be recommending stand out players from PSC’s Georgia tryout.

PSC Director Simon Deeley is a UEFA and USSF licensed coach who has worked with PSC since 2011 as Director of Player Recruitment and Placement. During this time he has directed over 60 showcase tours and more than 150 Professional Soccer Combines throughout the US and Europe assisting and facilitating in all of the 600+ success stories we have announced since 2010. Simon has been personally responsible for beginning the professional careers of over 200 players in Europe, most recently Martim Sequeira in Iceland, and will be looking for more players capable of playing professionally in Europe at our Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout.

Lee Holmes is an English former professional footballer who played for a number of clubs including Southampton, Derby County, Portsmouth and represented England at U16. U17 and U19 level. Holmes was Derby County youngest ever player at just 15 years of age, as well as the youngest goalscorer at 16, and at the time the youngest footballer to appear in the FA Cup (aged 15). Holmes has been working PSC for the past two years and assisted with placements such as Leo Londe on trial with Sheffield United in the English Premier League and Paul Cooper who signed with Barnsley FC in England League 1. Holmes is also PSC's Residential Program Director which has seen 8 players offered professional opportunities in the last 2 years. 

USL Hall of Famer David Irving will be in using PSC's Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout in search of players he can recommend to his network within the USL Championship and League One. Irving had a career spanning 20 years in the USL Leagues where he signed over 30 players from PSC tryouts and developed a reputation for finding untapped talent. His strongest find being Luke Mulholland picked up from a combine like this and went on to play in the MLS. He also gave Glenn Murray his first professional contract who went on to score 47 EPL goals in 148 appearances.

Gareth Holmes has spent his entire coaching life working in some of the top academies in England such as Nottingham Forest and Derby County FC before now becoming Head Coach at Mickleover FC. The English born coach has been instrumental at recent tryouts in the placement of players in Europe including Leo Londe on trial at Sheffield United FC in the English Premier League and Paul Cooper with Barnsley FC in League One in England. He has been coaching on PSC’s Residential programs and Showcase tours for the last 3 years and will be heading up PSC’s 2025 UK Elite College Program.

Michael Anhaeuser will be in attendance at our Georgia pro soccer tryout in search of players capable of making the grade in the USL. Coach Anhaeuser knows the USL system intimately having won the USL Championship as both a player and as a coach. He coached and played in the USL for 27 years where he signed and trial over 30 players from PSC combines so knows the process of a PSC combine and the quality of player it produces.

Over the last 10 years PSC Agency staff have recommended over 600 players from tryouts like this for professional contract and trial. Our agency staff have so many connections and contacts from events and combines over the years and it is not possible to invite them all to a tryout. We are eager to get as many players placed as possible and are constantly reaching out to clubs to find out their player needs. Recent examples of players who were placed with clubs who were not in attendance directly at a tryout and signed players based on PSC's recommendation are Anthony Herbert signing with FC Haka in the Finnish Premier League (went on to represent National Team and play in Europa conference League in first full year as a pro), Leo Londe trialing with Sheffield United in the EPL,  Abdul Mansaray signing in Iceland (named in team of the year for his league) and Chris Banfi, who signed with Bodens BK in Sweden. Each of these were signed by coaches who did not directly attend a combine but trusted PSC’s professional experience and judgment. If you prove you are a strong enough player at our Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout, we will look to recommend and place you with any club in our network.

Players are often requesting our agency for video footage from our events they can use for highlight videos. Now, we are able to provide that footage to players who can receive all three days of game footage from the tryout for just $115. Videos will be sent via an online link within 14 days of the tryout ending.

PSC is offering a VIP package for players who wish to receive additional benefits from the tryout. Our VIP package is headed up by current PSC Director and former EPL player Lee Holmes. VIP players will receive:

–  Full game footage from each day of the tryout

– 30 minute Post Tryout evalutation with Lee Holmes to analyse performance and talk through the evaluation received from the professional coaches.

–  2 x PSC Branded jerseys for use during the tryout.

–  Advice on resume building, what to include and how to present it.

–  Advice on Highlight video creation and what to include.

GEORGIA PRO SOCCER TRYOUT REFUND POLICY

If you are unable to attend the Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout due to injury, emergency, or any other reason, we will be able to offer you a 12 month credit for any of our future pro soccer combine events. Credits are only valid if we are notified before 72 hours of the tryout starting.

Within a minimum of 14 days of the Georgia Pro Soccer Tryout finishing we will contact all players via email to inform you if you have been offered a contract or a trial with one of the professional clubs in attendance, been recommended to a club within our network, or been selected for one of our further programs.
